I bought this cushion because I had developed pain under my left hip from sitting too long. My left hamstring was being squashed causing pain. I felt instant relief as soon as I installed the cushion, and my hip cracked back into place. I have better posture, neck is relaxed, back is less tired. I also bought the lumbar cushion.

Somehow mine got lost and was resent a new one. Received in 3 weeks. Wasn't a good time waiting as my dad really needed the pillow after surgery but customer care person was incredibly helpful and very fast to take helps and is more comfortable than the earlier one he had. Thank you.

I had been contemplating to get a donut cushion for a while as my back and butt was starting to hurt. Finally decide to go with this squarish shape as I feel it has more space and that it is non slip. No regrets. It does leave indents on my chair though but I am ok with that. It doesn't move. My butt feels the biggest difference due to the keyhole but my back still hurts a bit. Thank you to customer care for answering my questions. Appreciate it.
